The retirement of baby boomers is starting to get more attention as we get closer to the time when they will be retiring.
As Baby Boomers begin to retire and the labour shortage spreads beyond Alberta, Canadian organizations can turn to Hewitt Associates' 50 Best Employers in Canada for guidance on how to deal with Workforce challenges, including recruiting and keeping employees. These organizations have lower turnover among both full- and part-time employees, receive more applications for job openings, and experience better business results, according to Hewitt Associates, the global human resources services company that conducts its annual Best Employers in Canada study.
