Employees Trained Animals?
Sometimes the way entrepreneurs and business owners treat their employees you would think they are running a kennel rather than a business. At "Knocking the exuberance out of employees" is a wry article that exposes the contradictions and myths that form the beliefs of abusive business owners.

My favorite is the "zombielinks Function" graph that exposes bad management habits like micro managing and a 16 reasons why robots are better than employees. Check this out:
