For this purpose you start conducting interviews and carry out background check to ensure the details provided are not fudged. You countercheck the details provided by him which could include last company worked, salary drawn etc but some of us don't check the credit score of the prospective employee before hiring him.

I feel that it is an important aspect of hiring. As per reports, around half of the companies check credit scores of employees before offering them a job. A number of companies feel that their employee should have a minimum credit score in order to work with them. They feel that poor credit score displays lack of accountability and incapability of the employee to take care of one of the most important part of their personal life. A number of capable employees have lost their job because of this factor.

So besides excellent qualifications and interpersonal skills even credit score of an employee should be given due consideration before hiring. After all you need a person who can really work towards development of your business.
