Personal Development
by Greg Balanko-Dickson on February 28, 2007

The key is to create a clear Vision of what we want to create. The key is not to spend our time figuring out how to do something, but to focus on developing a compelling reason to do something. This defines our purpose which creates drive and enthusiasm.
Answer the following questions:
- What do I love doing?
- What do I want to experience more of in my life? What do I want to experience less of?
- What is my vision of where I want to be? On a personal level and in business?
- What are my gifts, talents and abilities?
- When and where do I experience fulfillment and growth using my gifts, talents and abilities?
- How do I take the necessary risks to live the life that I have imagined for myself?
- How can I make a total commitment to my purpose, personally and in business?
What are my logical next steps? What specifically am I going to do to make sure I get what I want?

You made very specific points but my question is do people really understand all these things. Many people are forced to jobs they hate because of the situation. I mean you can not be always get what you want.
