Measuring Employee Performance
This from Canadian Business Online, five great tips on how to track the performance of your employees.

1. Don't set targets too far down the road.
2. Keep the measurement tool simple.
3. Have your staff help create the measurement tools.
4. Measure only what the employee controls.
5. Give your employees access to the data.

Remember, you cannot improve what you do not tracklinks or measure. By putting standards in place you can track your employees performance against those standards.
