Are you having a challenge finding employees to fill vacant positions in your company?

According to a press release by the CFIB, there are 251,000 vacant positions in Canada, an all time high.

Pretty significant vacancies all across the country and of course in Alberta. I wonder how profitable the man power and head hunter business is these days?

Unfortunately, many employers failed to plan for the impact of the demographic squeeze and growth in their businesses. The demographic squeeze is only going to get worse over the next decade, so if you own a business and want to resolve your HR problems, it's time to put together a strategic human resource plan.
