New Internet Trend: Window Shopping
According to Statistics Canada, online shoppinglinks in Canada is growing and 60% of those who are "window shopping" end up making a purchase 'in person' at a store.

Out of the $762 billion in personal expenditures on goods and services by Canadian consumers last year, $7.9 billion were ordered over the Internet. Nearly 7 million Canadian adults made purchases online in 2005, representing about 41% of all adults who surfed the web that year... for every $100 spent by Canadian adults on-line during 2005, $63 was spent with Canadian vendors. Albertans and British Columbians heaviest users of e-commerce

Albertans and British Columbians were by far the heaviest users of e-commerce, with 45% of adult Internet users in these two provinces placing an order for goods and service.
