At first glance you might think these points are obvious and easy. Before you dismiss these ideas as trivial think about this, it is not what you do but how you do it that makes the difference.
What makes it such a challenge to launch a new product or start a new company is that we stop asking questions and thinking like a customer.
When we loose the ability to see your customers 'perspective' that is when we need to slow down and follow a few simple fundamentals like those mentioned in the Launching Your Product article.
