This news is something I have been talking about for two years.
62 per cent of Canadian private company CEOs polled told a recent PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) survey that the [worker] shortage is hurting growth at their companies. Via 57% of Ontario CEOs say worker shortage hurting bottom line
As a business owner retaining the employees you already have is a great start but if you are planning on expanding you will likely need new employees.

In Ontario Canada is kind of hard to develop a business because i think that people are not working very hard and always are asking for the break time.
